Recycled Arts Festival Vendor Registration & Information

Vendor Applications

Our applications for the 2017 Recycled Arts Festival are now available!

If you are interested in becoming an art vendor at the Recycled Arts Festival, you must submit an application online along with 3 pictures of your art — incomplete applications will not be considered from either new or returning artists. Art must be composed from at least 75% recycled material. Booth sizes/fees are:

  • 10x10: $60
  • 15x10: $90
  • 20x10: $120

We only provide the space — you need to provide your own tent/canopy, chairs, tables etc. Security will be in the park Friday and Saturday nights. Limited access to electricity is available for business purposes only.

Non-profit organizations wishing to have space at the festival should submit the non-profit application form. The mission of the non-profit will be reviewed to make sure it is in alignment with the mission of the Recycled Arts Festival. There is no charge to NPO’s to have booth space at the festival.

We have very limited space for food vendors. Please submit the food vendor application form if you would like to be considered (we normally accept up to 3).

The deadline for priority consideration for the 2017 festival is February 15, 2017. Successful applicants will be notified by March 31, 2017. At that time, you will receive information for paying your booth fee. We are unable to issue refunds so please do not submit your booth fees until we have notified you of your acceptance.

If you are interested in joining the Recycled Arts Festival as an entertainer (ie: music, juggler, clown, storyteller) please let us know! Contact Sally Fisher for more information.

Sculpture Garden! Be a part of this exciting feature!

If you would like to participate in this exhibit at the Recycled Arts Festival, please submit a photo or drawing of your art along with dimensions and material descriptions by March 31. Displays in the sculpture garden will be for sale during the festival but must remain on site for the full duration of the festival.  Sculptures for this garden must be self supported, stand alone works of art consisting of materials meeting the general festival requirements.

Artist Booth Education Sign

Returning artists: if there are no major changes, we will reuse your 2016 educational sign. New artists: we will use the Artist Statement on your application to create your artist booth education sign, so please compose this information carefully. No copy changes will be accepted after the signs are ordered. There is an example of the signage on the left. Please keep your statement to no more than 300 characters/spaces — we reserve the right to edit your text if it is too long for the signage
