  • All Bottled Up

Recycled bottle glass servers: Each of our trays are unique with a crisp artistic design design permanently texture fused onto the bottle using a technique called kiln carving. We also keep the neck of the bottle open while we are firing it which creates a holster for a handcrafted wine stopper also made from salvaged glass (which we include for free with each tray).

Handcrafted wine stoppers: We create our handcrafted wine stoppers from salvaged art glass using a two step process consisting of grinding the salvaged glass in to powder and then kiln casting the salvaged glass powder in to our handmade molds.

Salvaged vintage window art: We use reclaimed vintage wooden window sashes to create colorful home and garden art.

My process lends itself to a variety of projects, and I'm always innovating new and beautiful ways to recycle and repurpose. Most of my pieces are a Mosaic of sorts, composed of home made beach style glass affixed to lamps, tables, outdoor furniture, flower vases, bowls and the like. I make Jewelry using the homemade beach style glass and many different types of wire repurposed from a wide variety of sources. The end results are unique, beautiful, and safe works of art for anyone's home, patio or jewelry collection. One of a kind, One at a time!

  • Don Perry Metal Art

When my job of 17 years (in a local mill) went by the wayside, I decided to use my skills with a plasma cutter and repurposed one of their discarded byproducts (saw blades) in a new direction—art. My work is done with a plasma cutter, electrically heated air. All of my pieces are hand cut by me. Some of the art is mounted on either rocks or driftwood. Living close to Mt. Hood, I sometimes use lava rock or quartz. When at the coast I look for unique pieces of driftwood to incorporate into pieces. I try to do natural processes and not use chemicals. The pieces that are a rusty patina are all left at the coast to rust to a natural fine patina that only comes from salt air. The blues in high carbon steel and the gold in the stainless steel all come from heating the metal with a torch. My studios are at my home in Parkdale, Oregon and Surfside Washington.

  • Fairy Junk Mother

These little robots are made from all kinds of recycled, upcycled and just plain scrap metals. I use a variety of metal parts and pieces and blend them into a cohesive little creature. Vintage tins and containers form their bodies, kitchen utensils and hardware may form arms and legs. I even use parts from my own personal collection or picked up from local streets. The bigger pieces like the birdhouses are also usable art. These could be placed out for the birds, however they would be just as happy being décor pieces. Coffee and tobacco cans, tea kettles and coffee pots form the basic structure, then embellished with other metal items I feel I have found my niche helping to preserve rusty old tins, tiny keys and repurposed hardware and turn them into little works of art. These items remind me of everything from grandma's kitchen to my father's workshop. These art pieces evoke my memories of simpler times, and hopefully finds a place in the hearts of others as well.

I am an artist focused on reclamation of unwanted material, I turn the unwanted into something new. All of the material I choose to work with originates from something that was destined for the waste stream. My hand made finished works contain metal of all varieties. When available I love to work with old tanks, appliances, tools, or general knick knacks which are no longer wanted. I also create mixed media pieces; incorporating wood, glass, or plastics into my work. I also enjoy having functional pieces for fires, or vines to climb on.

Any piece of my salvaged copper can be a zipper pull, earrings, necklace or keychain/bag tag. I have well over 400 sayings that I put on my charms and my library of humor and sentiment grows daily. The possibilities are truly endless. One of the things that makes Just a Little Charm so unique is that I set up a full workstation in my booth and make personalized items on the spot. My guests and I work side-by-side creating something special and personalized just for them. The happiness and laughter that emanates from my booth is contagious. Each small piece of copper brings joy and sentiment to its new owner.

I create wearable art from previously loved clothing. I completely dissect each piece of clothing (tops, dresses, pants, sweaters and skirts) and sew together a fresh, “new” piece of fabric. I primarily work with natural fibers (cotton, wool, tencel, hemp). I have been a designer & seamstress for over 20 years. Instead of reinventing the wheel completely, I use one of my tried and true patterns from my previous business (Hempress.etsy.com) and create a one-of-a-kind garment.

My works emerge from personal reflection of how the past interweaves and enfolds with the present; recognizing and celebrating the fact that life is composed of layers. When I blend "found items" with traditional media, "out of the ordinary" works materialize as dolls/assemblage, paintings and collage. My works are RAW. Unfilterd. I invite the viewer to "REIMAGINE" life and self in multiple dimensions.

Great blue herons or delicate fern fronds and fiddle heads or a hummingbird on a salvia are just a few of our many creations depicting the beauty of the natural world. Our work is in the National Museum of Wildlife Art and we have provided sculpture center pieces for Audobon events. Our work is also sold at the Ansel Adams Gallery in Yosemite Nat Park.

  • WilBi Designs

The design of many of the frames and cutting boards are inspired by the Arts and Crafts Style.  The themes of the joinery will be familiar to many, but it is not our intention is to make historical recreations.  Instead, our goal is to pursue the influence of the movement as a basis to craft quality wood products.  WilBi Designs creates unique frame styles and cutting boards with bold inlay patterns that appear to braid like rope resulting in a visually dynamic enclosure that will accentuate mirrors, special pieces of artwork and photographs and accentuate the design in any kitchen.
