Acceptance & Payment

Applicants will be notified by March 31, 2020 about acceptance into the festival. At that time, food vendors will receive instructions for submitting your booth fee (booth fees are waived for non-profit organizations). All payments will be considered final — we are unable to issue refunds. Your booth will not be secured until we have received the fee so it is important that you pay it by April 17, 2020 if you have been accepted into the festival.
